Minnie's
Minnie was my maternal Grandmother. Minnie was not her given name, but the name used instead of Nana or Grandma. She was a sewer, knitter, baker and a wonderful, caring woman. The idea behind Minnie's Yass was to provide a retreat for for people to come to explore a creative pursuit. Whether that it writing, painting, crafting, sewing or just visiting the local arts and crafts scene.
Yass is also a great base to visit local wineries and restaurants so Minnie's is a great place for foodies.
By Car
Yass is about 60km from Canberra, so around an hours drive down the Barton Highway. We are off the Hume Highway between Melbourne and Sydney.
