The old added on 'sunroom' at Minnie's that leads from the kitchen and 'old' back door to the bathroom has just had a new lick of paint. No longer grimy green, it is now fresh and white.

I purchased 290 Comur St, Yass in September 2009. The previous occupant was an older man who hadn’t been able to care well for the house. The house had many ‘original’ features including a very basic kitchen of sorts and a strange ‘add as you go’ bathroom and laundry....

Yass Markets is on the first and third Saturday of every month. I popped in early this morning and bought locally grown fruit and veg and some sourdough bread.

I have had a great time sourcing pre-loved furniture and accessories for Minnie's. All of the furniture was bought locally or I already owned. I love the old sofa and chairs, very comfy!

Many of the vases and other accessories are from op shops and local garage sales.
